Our client is a global alternative investment firm with over $50 billion AUM and a growing platform across multiple international offices.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with approximately 4 years of experience in the financial services sector—whether in a Big 4 firm, a fund service provider, or an in-house investment firm.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation of financial reporting and regulatory submissions, supporting the operations of our regulated entities and investment structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual financial statements for Luxembourg-based entities in accordance with local GAAP and other applicable standards.
Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory requirements.
Conduct analytical reviews and reports to be submitted to the Luxembourg Central Bank (CSSF) and other authorities as needed.
Liaise with internal teams across New York, London, and India, ensuring consistency and coordination across time zones.
Support financial audits and manage external service providers or advisors as required.
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, process improvements, and systems implementation projects as part of a growing and agile team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Circa 4 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, fund service provider, or in-house role within an investment management firm.
Strong understanding of Luxembourg GAAP and experience preparing financial statements under regulatory requirements.
Exposure to the fund or asset management industry, with a solid grasp of entity structures and cross-border operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Based in Luxembourg or willing to relocate; position is office-based in Luxembourg City Centre.
