Senior Accountant – German Asset Manager

Our client is a well-established Asset Manager in Germany with over 50 years of experience and €12 billion AUM.

They have a growing team in Luxembourg City Center and are now seeking a new Senior Accountant.

Your Tasks

• You take over the accounting for funds and companies according to LUX-GAAP & IFRS.
• You are responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Your area of ​​responsibility also includes the creation of monthly or quarterly reports, budget planning, distribution calculations and net asset value determinations.
• You are the contact person for business partners, auditors and tax advisors.

Your Profile

• You have trained as an accountant, have a business degree with a focus on accounting or a similar qualification and have several years of comprehensive experience in
• the areas of responsibility mentioned above.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the independent accounting of companies.
• You have good knowledge of corporate law, tax law and business administration.
• You are confident in using relevant accounting software (SAP desirable) and common MS Office programs.
• You are a strong communicator and would like to work independently.
• You are Fluent in German and English
