Finance Manager – Real Estate Funds

Responsibilities:

Supervise the production of accounts and their approval by the Subsidiaries of the Funds
Manage the cash flow of the Funds and optimise returns to investors
Manage quarterly reporting to investors
Manage relationships with service providers and overseas accounting
Ensure compliance with legal and tax standards in each country where the Funds are present
and take into account legislative and regulatory developments
Ensure debt management: covenants and banking reporting
Ensure that the returns (in cash, in IRR) can be technically served to investors,
Ensure the coordination of the Funds, Investments, Accounting and Financial and Asset
Management Departments for all matters relating to the Funds.

Requirements:

4 to 7 years of fund accounting and controlling experience with an investment company, audit firm or fund service provider
Good knowledge of Real Estate Funds
Accounting and financial knowledge
Fluent English
