Position: Senior Compliance Officer – RC for the AIFM

Location: Luxembourg

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the AIFM’s compliance monitoring plan, policies, and risk assessments per CSSF Circular 18/698, AIFMD, and RCSSF 10 04.
  • Ensure adherence to market abuse prevention, conflict-of-interest management, and investor protection rules.
  • Report directly to the Conducting Officer Compliance and prepare reporting material for the Board of Managers on material risks and breaches, including quarterly compliance and KPI updates.
  • Draft and review compliance policies, procedures, and annual risk assessments specific to the AIFM, including AML/CTF Risk Appetite statements.
  • Perform regulatory and group specific reporting’s and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Plan, as well as follow up on internal and external audits / projects.
  • Ensure that company policies, processes, and documentation adhere to the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Support the preparation and timely submission of regulatory filings to the CSSF.
  • Act as the escalation point for high-risk relationships and coordinate AML/CTF, market abuse and trainings for AIFM staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in compliance or other regulatory functions within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulations specifically, AIFMD, AML/CFT, and CSSF Circular 18/698 and CSSF Circular 20/758.
  • Being fluent in English (other European languages is advantageous)
