Senior Compliance Manager & RC – Investment Management

Location: Luxembourg City

In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the compliance operations and be responsible for the management company. Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure that Company activities, processes, procedures and documents, comply with the relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring plan considering regulatory requirements, follow-up on recommendations, risk mapping and requests of executive bodies.
• Ensuring adherence to local and Group Compliance policies & procedures
• Evaluation of the regulatory changes impacting company contractual Infrastructure
• Conducting customer due diligence on private clients as well as on delegates
• Assessment of the in-house and client AML/CTF risk exposure across Europe
• Advise Senior management and staff on compliance-related matters and ensure prompt and adequate answers to clients.

Whom are we looking for?

• At least 8 years of relevant experience working in experience in an AIFM/management company, audit or advisory firm
• Excellent knowledge of relevant AML/CFT Laws, AIFM & UCITS Regulations, CSSF Circulars and ESMA guidelines
• Previous experience as an RC
• Demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge of Luxembourg and EU AML regulations.
• Understanding of Management Company and AIFM business activities
• Fluent English
