Our client is a well-established Pan-European Real Estate Manager with a growing Luxembourg operation (soon to be 10 staff in the City Center).

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Corporate Officer to join the legal team and provide administrative support. working closely with the company HQ and reporting to the Luxembourg Head of Office.

 

Your tasks

● Preparation of legal documents (board of directors/shareholder(s) meetings regarding day-to-day matters)

● Arrangement, drafting and coordination of documentation for board meetings

● Set-up, corporate maintenance, and liquidation of companies

● Handling and coordination of KYC requests together with the group KYC team and AML tasks such as RBE filings

● Filing of changes with the Luxembourg Trade and companies register

● Assisting with documents management, including organizing and maintaining legal files

 

Your profile

● Ability to work and succeed in a multicultural environment

● 3+ years of Luxembourg experience

● Relevant experience handling corporate secretary, or full life cycle and administration of Luxembourg entities

● Fluency in English, at least an intermediate level of French is required

● Highly organized, proactive with great attention to detail

● Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, particularly Word

● Capacity to work independently on own initiative

● Clear communicator
