Senior Accountant / Controller – Alternative Investments

Our client is a world-leading alternative investment manager. Investing across Infrastructure, renewable energy, private equity, private debt and real estate.

Your new duties and responsibilities

• Perform accounting (IFRS, Local GAAP) of LuxCos and portfolio entities in close cooperation with global entities
• Perform financial reporting and planning for LuxCos and portfolio entities in close cooperation with global entities
• Operate controlling and monitoring tools for KPI, cash flows and accounting
• Approve payments and cash flows of LuxCos and portfolio entities
  Provide transaction support

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

• Recognized accounting qualification and experience corresponding to the duties and responsibilities (e.g.: university degree in business administration or similar)
• Professional Experience at least 6 – 8 years in finance/investments/valuation/controlling/accounting
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Knowledge in banking and/or funds business
• High Knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP
• Consolidation experience SAP experience is highly appreciated
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of digital transformation processes and data analytics experience are a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to be proactive and take responsibility
