Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Private Wealth Manager to join a dynamic team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of French and German clients, providing personalized financial advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, fluency in French, German, and English, and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities:
Manage the investment portfolios of French and German clients, including asset allocation, investment selection, and risk management.
Develop and implement personalized wealth management strategies based on clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis to ensure alignment with clients’ objectives and market conditions.
Provide proactive financial advice and guidance to clients on various wealth management topics, including retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and client meetings.
Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients’ portfolios.
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Actively participate in business development activities, including client prospecting and networking events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, with a focus on discretionary portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
Fluency in French, German, and English is required.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must hold relevant regulatory certifications/licenses in Luxembourg (e.g., CSSF accreditation).
