Fund Controller – Real Estate Investor – Luxembourg

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production of accounts and their approval by the Subsidiaries of the Funds
• Manage the cash flow of the Funds and optimize returns to investors
• Manage quarterly reporting to investors
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax standards in each country where the Funds are present and take into account legislative and regulatory developments
• Ensure debt management: covenants and banking reporting
• Ensure that the returns (in cash, in IRR) can be technically served to investors,
• Ensure the coordination of the Funds, Investments, Accounting and Financial and Asset
• Management Departments for all matters relating to the Funds.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of minimum experience in the financial sector
• Good knowledge of real estate investment funds
• Accounting and financial knowledge
• Mastery of financial modeling
• Interest in law and taxation
• Fluent English.
