Our client is a leading European Private Equity Firm with over €10 billion AUM and an office of 20+ staff in the heart of Luxembourg City Center.
Due to continue growth they are looking for a new Corporate Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Duties:
● Maintain statutory records of Luxembourg companies.
● Update and manage company records with the Luxembourg R.C.S.
● Maintain and manager the internally developed Database.
● Arrange, prepare, and document Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
● Prepare Power of Attorneys (PoAs) and other reporting documents.
● Coordinate bank account openings and manage changes in signatory rights.
Requirements:
● University Degree.
● Experience in Administration of Private Equity vehicles (SPVs and/or Funds).
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
● Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
