Position: Global Head of Fund Services Compliance

Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance framework for the fund services operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust compliance strategy for fund services across all jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including CSSF and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Lead and manage the global compliance team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments, advising senior management on potential impacts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices.
• Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports to the board of directors and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance within the financial services industry, with a focus on fund services.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in Luxembourg and other key jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of leading and managing compliance teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or similar are a plus.
