DORA & IT-Related Projects
Contribute to the AIFM’s implementation and ongoing compliance framework under DORA.
Work closely with IT, Risk, and external providers on ICT risk mapping, third-party risk oversight, and resilience testing frameworks.
Participate in gap analysis, policy enhancement, and governance documentation relating to ICT risk management and operational resilience.
Support project governance, documentation, and reporting to senior management and the Board.

Experience in portfolio management oversight or conducting officer functions within an AIFM.
Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment (CSSF expectations, AIFM Law, relevant circulars).
Exposure to regulatory projects, ideally including DORA, ICT risk governance, or operational resilience initiatives.
Experience reviewing marketing materials and supporting cross-border distribution is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge constructively at a senior level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.

12-month contract within a high-calibre, global private equity platform.
